"When a woman learns to choose well, the effects radiate outward, to her children, her partner, her colleagues, and the generations that will inherit her example."

My Conviction

Throughout my career, first as a civil engineer and real estate investor, then as the founder of Instituto Essere in Brazil, and now through Linca
I have returned again and again to the same conviction: the most consequential social good a person or a company can produce is the formation of a single human being who thinks clearly, decides well, and lives intentionally.

I measure my social contribution by the depth of transformation in the women whose lives my work reaches, not by the size of an audience or the reach of a campaign. A woman who learns to make better decisions does not improve her own life in isolation. She changes the emotional atmosphere of her home, the quality of her professional contributions, the way she relates to her partner, the example she offers her children, and the patterns she transmits to the next generation.

How We Practice It
The social responsibility is built into the way the company operates, not added on as charity.
We commit to:
Access
A portion of Linca Club ( my new project ) memberships and online courses are offered without cost each year to women who cannot afford them. Applications open quarterly.
Bilingual reach
All foundational content is produced in both English and Portuguese, ensuring that the same intellectual resources are available to women in the United States and in Brazil, regardless of language barrier.
Pro-bono partnerships
We partner with women's shelters, hospitals, schools, and community organizations to deliver free workshops on decision-making, leadership, and emotional clarity
My Long-Horizon Commitment

"My work is a contribution to the formation of women whose flourishing becomes, almost inevitably, the flourishing of the families, the workplaces, and the generations that grow up around them. That is the measure against which we hope to be judged, and the measure we keep returning to."
