About me
I was born in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, and for some years now I have lived in Orlando, Florida. Between those two homes, my life has traveled the same route the swallows do, north to south and south to north, always carrying something between them. That movement is not only biographical; it is the shape of everything I build.
My journey began in civil engineering, but life soon revealed that my true foundation would be something deeper: a lifelong passion for learning, creating, and serving. I pursued degrees in business, interior design, and real estate, and through GRB Company, since 2010, the continuation of a family tradition in construction and real estate, I have worked to transform dreams into reality and contribute, building by building, to the communities where we work in both Brazil and the United States.
In parallel, I was growing in the most meaningful role of all: motherhood. Being a mother has shaped my leadership in profound ways, teaching me to lead with compassion, intuition, resilience, and courage. It is this blend of professional drive and personal depth that fuels everything I create.

In 2024, I founded Instituto Essere in Brazil, a cultural haven devoted to the studies of history, philosophy, and the arts; a reflection of my passion for knowledge and beauty, and a place where ideas meet practice. Essere became, in many ways, the bridge that prepared me for what came next: Linca, the media, education, and content company I founded in the United States, dedicated to women who want to think clearly, decide well, and live intentionally. Like the swallows that travel between my two countries every year, Linca was born to fly between Brazil and the United States, carrying the same intellectual resources, the same questions about how to live, and the same conviction that women in both languages deserve content built with seriousness and care.
Whether tending to my responsibilities, building a brand, mentoring, or curating stories, I lead through service with the conviction that leadership and motherhood can coexist with strength and grace, and that the most consequential thing a woman can learn is how to decide.
Education
Since beginning my studies in Civil Engineering, my passion for learning has never paused.
Along the way, I’ve explored a variety of short courses in subjects that truly inspire me: history, culture, the arts, philosophy.
In 2024, this lifelong curiosity gave rise to Instituto Essere, a space dedicated to sharing and deepening knowledge in these areas I hold dear.
It is both a personal journey and a collective invitation to learn, reflect, and grow.
